This Qiangluo Huatan Kaiseki cuisine is located in the hot spring hotel we stayed in. This cuisine is also rated as a star restaurant. The environment is as comfortable as ever. I ordered a few of their specialties.

ITOH DINING by NOBU is a well-known Japanese restaurant in the local area. The overall price-performance ratio is relatively high. We ordered a full table and the ingredients were very fresh.

就在强罗站的附近，黑猪肉炸猪排很不错哦，套餐的品种也多，要了两个比较中档次的炸猪排，味道都不错，洋葱包蛋的那个饭比较的好吃。

走到箱根强罗駅， 被排满人龙的食店吸引， 门口写著豆腐御膳，就是这家田村银亭，开业40多年来，最好的人气是豆腐料理。推荐豆腐かつ煮御膳。打开锅盖， 是热腾腾的浓汤香味！汁料是特制酱汁混与洋葱、鸡蛋煮。豆腐外皮是酥软的炸面衣，中间夹著猪肉，一口吃著豆腐，那软滑口感满足到不得了，混与惹味的酱汁，让我足足拌吃了整碗白饭。饭后还有一杯免费咖啡，回味一顿有水准的豆腐料理。

超级人气的一家店，本以为提前半小时到店可以很早排上队，结果拿了号后又足足等了将近1个小时。田村家有三栋小楼，新馆、旧馆和专生产猪扒的工作坊。旧馆的菜单只有豆腐猪扒单品和套餐，新馆的话所有菜单里的都可以点，新馆门口有拿号机，按照顺序选择受付，预约人数，新馆用餐，选择桌位或日式榻榻米席位或两者皆可选项后拿号牌即预约成功，然后等着就行啦。这家店是当地的网红店，被日本人誉为箱根top网红店，主打豆腐扒。入座后点了豆腐扒铁锅，他们家做的是以豆腐替代炸猪扒里的猪扒，做法和日式炸猪扒一样，但健康又美味，深受日本人喜爱。套餐里有铁锅豆腐扒、前菜、味噌汁、沙拉和饭后甜点。上菜后豆腐还在铁锅里嘟嘟冒着泡，咬一口猪扒的甜甜酱汁和豆腐美味融合，完全没有像炸猪扒那样的油腻，也很下饭。饭后甜点是抹茶布丁，很黏腻的布丁配上丹波豆，完美收官这一餐。非常推荐，毕竟是只有在这里才能吃得到的豆腐扒。

The package includes iron pot tofu stew, anteater, flavored sauce, salad and dessert. After serving, the tofu is still bubbling in the iron pot, and the sweet sauce of the pork chop is deliciously fusion with tofu. It is not as greasy as the fried pork chop. The dessert is matcha pudding, and the sticky pudding is served with Danbo beans. It is a perfect meal. Very recommended, after all, it is only here to eat tofu.

中午去的，就在在强罗站附近，当时有好多日本人排队，等了差不多一个小时终于吃上了。这家店的亮点便是以豆腐代替猪肉，做成炸豆腐料理。制成的豆腐料理味道略带甜味，口感像是炸猪排和寿喜烧合体。作为当地特色美食值得一尝。

味道很好，豆腐很嫩，里面的猪排陪着豆腐完全不腻，汤汁非常美味，鲜甜的味道，最最好的是走的时候把随身携带的小包忘了，快一个小时才想起来，找回来的时候包包没有丢唉！非常感谢！有机会会再来的！强烈推荐！
